数字项目：
- 在数字经理和数字学习顾问的密切合作下，在我们的在线平台上创建，上传和动画新的数字培训。
- 为我们的客户管理数字学习平台：学习者，定制和在线社区
- 演示视频创建和编辑
- 监控客户的统计数据和KPI
- 为ACDL及其客户创建项目文件
- 通过其他数字项目帮助数字经理
- 对数字项目的创新进行战略观察
行政：
- 进入工作区域时接待访客并通知相关人员并监督访客。
- 更新ACDL_CN联系人列表
- 购买办公用品
- 使用发票副本准备小额现金记录
- 提供快递和信件
- 必要时帮助协调员工工作签证
- 必要时帮助协调LO的银行账户问题
- 与物业管理和电话公司协调
所需技能
- 需要学士学位
- 精通普通话和英语（书面和口语）
- 使用MS Office的经验：Excel，Word，PowerPoint和Outlook。
- 企业家精神和责任感。
- 良好的沟通和组织能力，能够自主工作和积极主动
- 对专业学习和数字领域的兴趣
