岗位职责:
1,负责项目的进度、成本、范围，同时监控质量.Responsible for the project schedule, cost and scope, supervise the quality;
2,作为与客户的主要接口，建议和维护客户关系.The main interface with the customer, build and maintain the relationship with the customer;
3,与各部门经理沟通对项目资源进行合理配置，以确保项目运行.Work with other department managers to allocate resource to work on the project to secure project running;
4,对项目风险进行评估，并制定应对措施.Evaluate project risk and make the recovery plan;
5,管理项目变更.Manage the order change request (OCR) with the customer.任职资格:
1, 较强的领导力和沟通能力。Strong Leadership and open to communicate.
2，逻辑思考能力。Thinking in logic.
3, 愿意接受挑战并能在压力下工作; Willing to take the challenge and work under pressure;
4, 英文流利。Fluent English.
5，有汽车行业背景优先（尤其是技术背景）。Auto industry background is preferred (especially technical background).
6，具有PMP证书者优先。PMP Certification is preferred.
