Primary Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Danaher legal team to support Danaher PID businesses in Greater China (Videojet, Linx, Esko, X-rite/Pantone) on various legal matters, including but not limited to, general corporate, commercial contracts, litigation and arbitration, labor and employment as well as Intellectual Property;
• Managing the company’s compliance programs, such as third party due diligence, and, compliance audits;
• Deliver legal and compliance trainings to the businesses; and
• Act as the Level 1 leadership team for Esko and X-rite/Pantone to attend their business leadership meetings to provide strategic legal advice.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 7 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer in a reputable law firm, or equivalent in-house experience, or a combination of the both;
• Bachelor of law degree from a top Chinese law school and qualified to practice PRC laws;
• Overseas LLM and/or US bar is a plus;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Integrity—adheres to the highest values in decisions, conduct, and work with others;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Skills of using Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
