Job Functions

? Support our water utility business in achieving their strategic objectives through effective and efficient marketing and communications activities in line with the cluster strategy.

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:

? Plan, design and manage execution of major marketing and sales promotion campaigns (example: Sponge City Campaign, PPS Campaign, etc.)

? Plan, design and execute trade fairs and customer events (examples: IEexpo, customer summit, etc.)

? Plan, design, manage and brand controlling of visual merchandising assets (example: brochure, poster, banner, etc.)

? Conceptualize and standardize programmes, activities and events in order to make it easy to scale and execute more activities efficiently

? Align and co-develop with digital marketing team and manage cluster’s digital footprint with focus on social media marketing activities (example: wechat, online training platform, online product management platform, etc.)

Qualification and Experience

? 5 years plus marketing experience, e.g. campaign design, event management

? Experience within water related industry is a plus

? Strategic mindset – able to understand big picture and translate into tactical initiatives and plans

? Strong understanding of the marketing mix model (4Ps)

? Customer centric mind-set

? Systematic and structured – able to break a process down into its part and work on each either sequential or in parallel subject to needs

? Strong sense of accountability and being proactive

? Good people skills

? Good communication skills (in writing and vocally)
