岗位职责：

1、 车间跟线：根据安排，及时关注线上产品的质量问题（武汉、盐亭产品同步进行），进行解决，同时收集公司产品在客户端的质量信息并反馈给公司相关职能部门；

2、 作好客户的沟通工作:对于客户的问题及时进行解决之外,维护好客户关系，提升客户满意度；

3、 客户抽检产品后，及时对被抽检产品的包装进行封箱工作；

4、 收集竞争对方产品的客户端的相关信息，供公司参考；

5、 定期或不定期汇报公司产品在客户端的库存情况，并及时反馈到公司管理层，供公司决策参考；

6、 条件允许情况下，尽可能收集客户端新产品采购情况，为公司收集商业信息；

7、 尽可能为售前咨询、售后服务提供技术支持,提供相关问题的解决方案;

8、 依公司的改善进度，对改善品进行追踪确认，直至该问题点结案为止；

9、完成上级领导交办的其它事宜。

岗位要求：

1、大专及其以上学历，专业不限，1-3年机加相关工作经验；

2、具有良好的沟通能力，能够准确分析判断产品质量；

3、具备细致负责的工作态度，能够服从公司安排。
