职位描述
岗位职责：
1、结合公司战略制定人力资源预算；
2、制定落地的薪酬与绩效管理制度，负责薪酬福利工作的具体落实；
3、负责社保、住房公积金、个人所得税申报；
4、及时准确完成每月公司员工工资表的核算编制，确保工资按月准确准时发放；
5、 处理劳动合同履行过程中产生的劳动争议、劳动纠纷、进行劳动诉讼
6、 领导交办的其他工作
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源工作经验；
2、在薪酬、绩效方面有落地实操经验，并且有较深的业务思路；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项操作流程；
4、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪资制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策；
5、具有人力资源管理、劳动法律法规等方面的专业知识。
6、较好的亲和力、计划和执行能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、人际交往能力、解决问题能力。
