Responsibilities:
1. Perform the development of projects & topics to determine what should be done to solve problems in an effective & innovative way;
2. Design the experimental procedure, apparatus and methods to achieve expected results independently;
3. Co-operate with technical service/manufacturing/marketing in providing technical assistance to demonstrate the usefulness of company products and to solve field problems;
4. Write comprehensive report and evaluation on data obtained;
5. Contribute to safety and environmental standards of company;
6. Management of basic lab work, such as ISO9001/14000, material preparation, housing keeping, etc;
7. Strengthen the communication and co-operation with global technical team.

Requirements:
1. Ph.D in polymer chemistry or chemical engineering;
2. 1- 2 years working experience in PU rigid foam or related field is preferred;
3. Ability to work on R&D projects independently, to be innovative in product development.
4. Good command of English, in speaking and in written.
