岗位职责：

• 完成既定的年度服务考核指标，其中包括服务收入及备件销售的业绩指标

• 按照伟迪捷标准服务流程，独立完成现场服务工作以及其他技术支持工作

• 服从服务中心的派工安排并及时汇报工作结果

• 满足客户在服务响应时间上的更高要求，为业务部门的售前、售后提供更多支持

• 积极参加公司的技能培训并通过技能评级测试，同时具备一定的自学能力

• 获取最大的内部客户和外部客户的满意度

招聘要求：

• 机械电子类专业、大专以上学历

• 初级以上的英语读写能力

• 了解CAD或同类制图软件

• 了解PLC基础原理

• 熟悉常用办公软件（Office、Excel、PowerPoint）

• 一年以上机电设备维修工作经验

• 具有服务合同及备件销售经验

• 适应每周3天左右的短途出差
