Job Summary

  

  

This is a specialist role of vendor management function with the major responsibility to execute the onboarding, off boarding, contract management and payments process for None Employed Worker.

  

  

Responsibilities

  

• Support interview logistics for None Employed Worker
• Implement contract signing, tracking, archive management tasks by following the relevant process and policy
• Proceed the on-boarding and off-boarding process for Non Employed Worker, and make sure a smooth experience
• Execute the payment process in the proper timing of every month with high accuracy which include timesheet and cost confirmation, invoice collection, payment and cost allocation tasks.
• Monitor Non Employed Worker’s travel process and review the budget estimation.
• Guide line manager how to use Field Glass system, and solve the issue with backend operation team’s support
• Provide support to other vendor management tasks per supervisor’s guidance and assignment

  

Qualification

  

• Good communication skills in both English and mandarin environment
• Excellent planning and execution with high accountability
• Able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders quickly
• Positive thinking and proactive attitude
• Coordinator experience in talent acquisition function is a plus

The FMSD team of over 600 people is based across Singapore, London, Chennai, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It is a strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with below vision:
