Job Description
Title: Compensation & Benefit Supervisor
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing C&B programs, policies & procedures and monitor its effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee C&B implementation including employee and consultant payroll, allowance, commission, insurance and individual tax transaction, HR system maintenance and other specific C&B issues.
Supervision Received: HR Manager
Supervision Exercised: C&B Officer, C&B Assistant
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Human Resources, finance or other related majors;
? At least 5 years of work experience in C&B function
Skills:
? Good command of English , both written and spoken;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
? Teamwork spirit;
? Independent, detail-oriented and integrity;
? Familiar with HR information systems
Knowledge:
? Good knowledge and experience in data analysis and reports;
? Knowledge of compensation of benefit practices for Expatriate and Chinese Nationals and able to develop theories to manage C&B programs;
? Familiarity with Chinese Labor Law
? Compensation and Benefits management tools
? Good at Platinum HR Software
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties-
? Oversee C&B implementation of Shanghai Market including employee and consultant payroll, allowance, commission, insurance, individual tax transaction and HR system maintenance. Make sure all data is accurate and timely submitted;
? Work with HRM in designing, recommending, implementing and communicating C&B programs which in line with goals and objectives of HR department;
? Develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines, Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency;
? Assist HRM in coordinating and implementing performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention program. Provide constructive resolutions to HR Manager and management on pay decisions and other specific C&B issues;
? Providing Counseling and coaching on the company's C&B policies, regulations and new practices.
? Coach and supervises the C&B team to make sure all work are implemented in an accurate, professional and timely manner;
? Partner with finance on different kinds of reports and analysis;
? Take a key role in yearly SWB budgeting and daily cost control;
? In Charge of Annual Individual Income Tax reporting project
