Job Title: Marketing manager

Report to: BLM

Direct Reports: Product manager, Marketing analyst, Segment team leader

Mission:

Drive sales and marketing development of business line, develop marketing strategy, to explore for new segments and expend exist market, while deliver high quality technical support.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Develop and follow up annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales to achieve company business objective.

· Identify new segment and market opportunity, educate market and cultivate customer for rapid organic growth.

· Be responsible for the operation management of the marketing team, by strong leadership, strategy setting, budget planning, monitoring & controlling, reporting and etc. Be responsible for improvement of work quality & team efficiency, process optimization, and asset management if applicable.

· Master market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to buying customers and potential customers.

· Oversee or lead new product launch, marketing activities, campaigns, headquarter event, road shows, customer training seminars etc.

· Manage the technical competence development of sales person. Manage sales support activities, like customer visit, technical support, project coordination / project management and etc.

· Be responsible for people management and development within marketing team, including organization planning, hiring decisions, training and coaching, performance management.

Candidate profile:

Education

· University degree or above with engineering background

Experience

· At least 5 years relevant working experience with 2 year experience in management role

Knowledge

· Mechanical or electrical knowledge

· PC skill is a must

· Industrial marketing knowledge in both theory and practical.
