Key Responsibilities 

• Following up the strategy of group and providing the standardized IT service

• IT Support to end users in scope with installation, configuration, testing and so forth. (L2 response)

• In-depth Thinking/Analysis/Troubleshooting sophisticated IT problems whatever hardware issue or networking issue

• Daily IT support for small offices

• Routine work and handle O365, backup job etc.

• Good Communication with FRA HO and ARO colleagues

• Adapt to irregular biz trip

 

  

Required Experience & Skills

1. University degree, major in Computer technology/management or relevant

2. CET-4 or above, good skill in oral and written

3. Proficient in Windows7/8, Windows 2008/2012, Linux and TCP/IP protocol

4. Proficient in Windows2008R2, Windows2012R and familiar with AD directory service

5. Familiar with VMware product and technology

6. More than 3 years IT working experience in large-enterprises or multi-national companies

7. Known in Cisco VOIP system

8. Microsoft or Cisco certificate is a plus

9. Strong sense of responsibility, good at studying and learning

10.  Keep good communication/cooperation within team as team player
