MISSION:

• To be the link between production and stock in
• order to finish the customer order in time.
• To be the bridge between DC and JV in order to
• share the information and solve the problem for delivery.
• To be the key user of SAP SD and PP module.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To analyze DC MRP (material requirement planning) result and transfer DC demand to plant.
• To place manufacturing order to production as demand priority
• To monitor the DC purchase order condition such as delay order, indent order, shortage information and defective product.
• To analyze the customer & ex-plant service level rate and find the reason to improve it
• Maintenance of reasonable finished goods stock level in DC & achieve the DIN (days of inventory) target.
• To assist experienced logistics specialist to prepare for master data based on sales history, sales forecast inventory situation and management guidelines.
• To provide invoice to customers/DCs accurately timely.
• To claim the VAT to tax bureau and work together with accounting people to make account period closing for SD module.
• To provide daily, monthly, yearly reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• with major in supply chain
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, familiar
• with Microsoft Office, SAP skill is preferred
• More than 2-year Production planning management or supply chain experience
