1. Provides technical expertise on ICT, FCT, EOL testing etc. 

2. Responsible for the failure analysis of products. 

3. Represent testing in a Project Team and execute agreed testing tasks related to the project. 

4. Provides assists in the development of test plans and test procedures according to product specifications. 

5. Build and maintain testers and test jigs to meet specified hardware and software requirements. 

6. Support production for tester related issues including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs and improvements. 

7. Continuous improvement of the testing processes incorporating testing methodology and technical expertise of employees.

1. Familiar with the automotive production line process, EOL testing, can use LabVIEW to develop test program; 

2. Familiar with can, vehicle bus and related communication protocols; 

3. Familiar with the failure modes of common devices (IGBT, MOS tube, diode, IC, etc.); 

4. Able to analyze common circuits skillfully (switching power supply, digital-to-analog conversion circuit and IGBT drive, etc.)； 

5. College degree with E/E or related background.
