Engineering PM for Scrum Master

Responsibilities

1. Project definition and planning 

• Define project goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals) 
• Support line management in selecting project core team members 
• Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving) 

2. Steer execution and control project 

• Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating from the plan 
• Control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan 
• Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set 
• Install and perform professional change management 
• Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures 

3. Representation of project at customer, negotiate with customer and suppliers 

4. Managing project team and stakeholders 

5. Scrum Master

• You manage agile ceremonies according to Scrum and SAFe and you empower the team to improve these processes
• You coach your Scrum team in effective application of agile practices and you manage personal and professional growth of all team members individually
• You actively support your Scrum team with resolving obstacles in a self-organized way – if required you push the organization in order to remove structural impediments
• You support and coach product owners and product managers with effective application of agile principles and work flow
• You help the system team with establishing a DevOps culture across team boundaries

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or financial 
2. Minimum 4 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions  
3. Has worked as a team member in international team
4. Agile mindset: You internalized agile values, principles and methods and you enjoy communicating and motivating these principles with enthusiasm – if required you push and drive agile principles in face of obstacles and resistance
