工作职责：

本职： 协助销售、商务核算供货商账号收入、费用成本，核算跟进运营人员业绩表现。正确、及时地进行会计业务综合、汇总工作，包括但不限于供货商的会计记帐，登帐，报表编制及分析。

职责与工作任务

职责一：管理会计（工作时间占比60%）

1、协助美国、欧洲税务师处理海外税务事务；

2、日记帐，总账，结账，日清月结；

3、境外银行或第三方收款账号流水表；

4、核算业务员工薪资；

5、境外帐务的关联交易对帐；

6、供应商的应付帐款计提。

职责二：协助解决销售管理方面问题，沟通协调各环节有效衔接（工作时间占比40%）

1、销售收入确认问题，销售数据的收集；

2、运费、推广等费用认定及汇总问题。

任职资格：

1、1年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，会计或财务管理专业；

2、熟悉国外财务软件（比如quickbooks）或者熟悉运用国内软件且学习能力较强；

3、办公软件熟知EXCEL及公式在财务数据上的分析和运用；

4、会统筹账务，熟悉财务报表编制，对数据敏感具有数据分析能力；

5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

6、有良好的英文能力，英语CET4级以上，阅读、邮件沟通熟练。能以英语作为工作语言，能用英语沟通交流。
