工作职责：

Job Responsibilities

 - 具有敏锐的市场观察能力；

   Have a keen market insight.

- 从事专业房地产前期策划工作，熟悉房地产运作的各环节，能够独立完成市场研究报告、前期定位报告、可行性分析报告等前策报告；

   Engaged in professional real estate initial planning work, be familiar with all aspects of real estate operation, be able to independently complete market research report,  early positioning report, feasibility analysis report and other initial planning reports.

- 能够独立完成单个项目的策划报告，能独立带领团队完成提案工作，有一定的团队管理经验；

   Be able to independently finish the planning report for each project , be able to solely lead the team complete proposal work and have experience in team management.

- 优秀的文案功底及创造性思维能力，文笔流畅，思维敏捷，同时要具有审美能力，对创意作品有鉴别能力；

  Be equipped with excellent literary ability , creative thinking , fluent writing, quick thinking,  aesthetic ability in the meantime , and strong ability to identify creative works.

- 有一定沟通技巧及提案技巧。
   Have some communication skills and proposal skills. 任

任职要求：

Job Requirements

- 本科或本科以上学历，海外留学经历者优先；

  Bachelor degree or above , overseas study experiences are preferred.

-  2年以上房地产策划工作经验；

   Have over two-year working experience in real estate planning.

- 具有城市综合体项目策划工作经验优先；

   Experience in urban complex project planning is preferred.

- 熟悉操作办公软件；

  Familiar with office software.

- 英文良好。

 Good command of spoken and written English.
