JOB SUMMARY

The trainer is aiming to provide visionary and creative insights under the retail market to our retail clients and help them improve their business performance.

培训师需要在新的零售环境下能够向我们的客户提供别具新意且具有前瞻性的思维角度，帮助不断提升业绩。

This position is responsible for the modification, delivery and measurement of training programs for different brands. The individual will collaborate closely with BD team to both identity needs and develop materials to ensure a effective training effect for clients.

工作职责要负责不同行业、不同品牌的培训设计、开发、实施、修改的工作，为客户提供量身定制的培训解决方案，除此之外，也需要与我们的业务拓展部门紧密合作，确保为客户提供行之有效的培训项目。

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

• Develop the competitive and visionary training courses and tools under our data analysis and internal msp projects. order to assess ongoing training needs.
• 结合公司的大数据研究与神秘调研项目，开发自有且具竞争力、前瞻性的培训课程与工具。
• Work closely with BD team to identify and clarify the potential training need from our retail clients.
• 与BD团队紧密合作，将客户的潜在需求更加确认化、精准化。
• Collorbate with different teams such as MSP and digital to make sure of the consistent and integrated service to make sure of the quality and reputation.
• 与不同的部门：神秘访客、移动学习团队进行沟通与合作，以确保公司提供一体化、统一化的服务，提升口碑与品质。
• Design training courses based on the need for clients and offer a tailor-made measurement.
• 基于客户不同的需求设计课程，以提供定制化方案。
• Delivery of training programs with local adaptation among countries to meet the different expectation for clients.
• 培训项目需要不同国家的落地化以满足客户的不同需求。
• Measure effectiveness of each training and propose improvement.
• 衡量培训有效性，并不断提升改进。

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

职位要求

• Minimum 5 years of training and development experience 
• 五年及以上培训及相关经验
• Professional communication, presentation and facilitation skills are required
• 良好沟通、表达、引导技能
• Ability to deliver learning experiences effectively across diverse industry
• 不同行业之间的学习能力
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English
• 精通书写、言语交流，流畅的中文以及良好的英文表达能力
• Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
• 零售或相关店铺指导经验优先
• University degree
• 大学学历及以上
• Strong Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
• 娴熟使用办公软件
• Self-motivated, creative and flexible 
• 自我激励、创新、灵活多变
• Passionate and sensitive in retail shifts.
• 对零售市场充满激情、敏感。
• French would be a prefered
• 会法语者优先
