Position: Project Accountant
Work Location: Chongqing Chemical Industry Park-Changshou District
Reporting to: Controlling Manager
People Management Responsibility: No
Travel Required: Yes
Shift Required: No
Shuttle Bus: Yes
JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Support project controlling in invoicing, and document handling
2. Execution of predefined operational SAP-tasks
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling of purchase orders, invoices, and other documents: scanning paper documents for electronic archival in SAP, transferring data into SAP, verification against supporting documents, filling or forwarding of original documents
2. Supporting cost-control and reporting: Running pre-defined analysis on SAP, data transfer to Excel
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: College graduate
2. Working Experience: Not Required
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Workable oral and written communication in English, Excel and other office software, basic accounting knowledge
