岗位职责
1、开发前期物业公司的选定及管理沟通；
2、执行政府各项法规、法令及物业管理公约，与有关各部门保持良好关系；
3、制定项目年度物业管理预算方案，监督管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及适当的财务运行情况；
4、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件；
5、负责统筹监督各项工作发标工作；
6、负责统筹监管项目资产（如会所、车位、房屋等）的运行情况；
7、负责处理业主投诉，保持项目销售案场良好秩序。

任职资格
1、大学专科或以上学历；
2、持有效物业管理经理上岗证；
3、8年以上专业物业管理经验（大型社区物业项目经理工作经历），其中最少3年管理处日常事务工作经验；
4、熟悉物业管理工作流程、条例及相关法律法规，有丰富的客户服务及物业工程、安保、保洁管理工作经验；
5、具备独立处理及跟进管理日常管理事务的能力；
6、有较强的语言表达及沟通能力，善于与客户及外包单位及相关政府部门沟通。
7、英语水平优秀者优先。
