Job summary:

Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Director, support the centralized compensation and benefits activities that foster the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the overall reward strategy to support staffing and employee retention.

II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)

1. Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research/Analysis and Administration.
2. Ownership for Compensation &Benefits Development
3. Implementation C&B strategy, programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth, particularly, manage salary surveys, annual salary increase planning, co-ordinate local bonus plan incentive targets and annual determination of bonus metrics and objectives for salaried employees.
4. Monthly Salary administration.
5. Review of the appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B practices that help staff retention and contribute to business growth.
6. Identifies current and future reward/recognition/benefit needs, partners with HR & operations to deliver appropriate solutions.
7. Coaches, counsels, and educates operations partners on C&B policies, processes, programs, and strategies
8. Solid experience in project management and implementing SAP HR modules such as PA, PY, PT, Org manager, ESS&MSS, TR&E, and e-recruiting

为使员工稳定、持续地发展，执行公司薪酬&福利战略、政策与流程，管理所有在职员工的薪资普查和年薪增长计划，协调当地奖金计划激励目标，确定年终奖金额度与目标；

每月薪酬管理；

检查现有薪酬&福利政策的适当性与竞争力，帮助实现员工保留，促进业务增长；

确定当前与未来的奖励、福利需求，与业务部门合作提供相应合理的解决方案；

为业务部门提供薪酬&福利政策、流程与策略方面的培训和建议；

在项目管理方面有丰富经理和熟练SAP系统HR模块的操作，例如：薪资管理，考勤管理，组织架构管理，员工/经理自助系统和报销系统。
