Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize training needs based on audit of current situation

• Lead the development of training materials and techniques covering product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising, appearance, customer service, team management, EQ management etc. Deliver high quality training courses

• Overview monthly and annual training plans based on training needs. Meanwhile ensure cost and timing efficiency

• Build national-wide promotor’s profile and development plan

• Assess and prioritize training needs with for promotors in top retail stores and prioritized sales channels

• To deliver the training covering product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising, appearance, customer service, team management.

• Overview monthly and annual training plans based on training needs. Meanwhile ensure cost and timing efficiency

• To visit top retail stores across the region in order to evaluate promotor’s basic business knowledge and skills according to scorecard.

• To coach promotor and give demonstration of “ How to sell a Pen” , and share best business practices accordingly

• To analysis promotor feedback received from training courses, then apply to further development

• To have the right and updated brand, product development and activation information from trade marketing team

• To work closely with sales team to track the top retail store’s merchandising in terms of right product availability and retail price, outstanding display, well executed promotion

Requirements:

• College and above

• Sales and training experience, knowledge and skills, minimum 8 years’ in Luxury/ FMCG industry multinational company

• 2 or more years in a Leadership of training team position

• Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and communication skills

• Good planning skills
