RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible to assist passengers in making and confirming reservations, selling tickets for the airlines Sell & Serve customers professionally through telephone in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

 Assist passengers with all queries regarding reservations, Privilege Club, Stop Over programme and all other QR products and services.

 Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company.

 Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.

 Telephone customer or travel agent to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation.

 Handle and resolve customer complaints.

 Follow the metrics set by the company.

 Promote QR products to maximize revenue sales.

 Serving maximum number of customers following QR procedures.

 Ensure correct usage of all files and fares.

 Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

 Adheres to QR uniform standards as outlines in the corporate guidelines.

 Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor's degree.

 A Recognized IATA or Airline Basic Tariff Course is preferred

 Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

 Excellent English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese language communication skills in both spoken and written are essential.

 Fair Knowledge of World Geography.
