Responsibilities:

• Marketing spending database maintenance for approved projects.

• Submit and filing OARs (marketing spending).

• Record actual spending according to contract amount

• Marketing spending payment application to management team when receive invoice.

• Monthly A & P report to review

• Vendor code & information application and revision

• PO creation and confirmation in SRM

• Collect monthly report or information from sales, trade marketing, consumer marketing and training team, to consolidate into comprehensive monthly report for sharing and archives.

• Prepare for “monthly business review report”.

• Retail Activation application and review report consolidation

• Promoter information collecting etc.

• Internal communication with sales team and other departments.

• Global brand website localization check

• Vender contract management

• Arrange team internal and external regular meeting.

• ATL magazines with Parker print advertising

• PR clippings

• POSM samples for in-store fairs, exhibitions, promotion

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree.

• 2-3 years experiences in running reports and data analysis.

• Proficient computer skills, such as MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
