1、计划客户服务、投诉及理赔等各项工作并合理配置人力。
2、合理安排客户服务部各项工作并保证各项工作顺利进行；
3、权限内客服部各类业务的处理和审批；
4、按时上报总公司和分公司规定的各类报表；
5、编写关于客户服务各项工作规则和流程的内外勤培训教材，为内外勤员工提供必要的培训；
6、为部门内员工提供工作上的指导和建议，辅助部门内员工建立职业发展规划，抓好员工的绩效管理，建议选用并提升优秀人员；
7、与分公司各部门、兄弟公司相关部门及总公司之间保持良好的沟通及协作关系；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历
2、五年以上寿险公司运营或客服工作经验，其中，两年以上运营或客服管理经验；
3、较强的协调沟通能力, 善于思考并解决问题; 具有团队精神;
