Primary Responsibilities  

• Support sales director and his leadership team on both administration and day-to-day internal operation.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external sources in terms of branding and marketing.
• Prepare and arrange various internal/external meeting and events, eg weekly forecast meeting, workshop, business review, Kaizen/PSP etc.
• Be responsible for maintaining daily sales reports, updating weekly visual management and making data analysis etc.
• Assist in branding and advertisement campaigns online and offline. Be in charge of executing and tracking effectiveness/results, and provide improvement input.  
• Other things assigned by sales director.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Marketing, PR or related discipline is preferred;
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales assistant experience, multinational company experience is preferred.
• Strong at communication and cross function collaboration.
• Quality acumen with attention to details.
• Ideally Sales Force experience is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with a good working knowledge of Excel.
• Good English in speaking and writing.
