职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
In charge of all relative vsl operation/documentation/company system data input including our own vsl and other partner`s service line which our company use slots.
1. Focuse/Attend every vessel berthing schedule and make all preparing work before vessel calling at terminal.
2. Keep effective communication with all relevant parties/sections through all operating action.
3. Keep good relationship with ship`s command and stevedore/terminal operator in order to ensure operation smoothly while ship is alongside and dispatch vessel departure on time.
4. Timely finish the desk job after vessel sailing, such as load/discharge list(report), arr/dep report and company system inputting and so on.
5. Stop any Self-operational error causing the vessel delay.
6. Reduce the complaint from ship`s command less than three times because of self-mistake only.
7. Timely sending various reports after vessel departure and Stop missing input data into POS including any required outside feeders.
Office location: Yangshan port.
Qualification:
1. College graduates or above.
2. Above one year shipping company working experience.
3. The ability of English reading & writing are required CET 4 or above.
4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
5. Have strong teamwork spirit.
6. Stable, careful, responsible, efficient.
7. Good driving skill and having own vehicle is prefer.
