Job Description
Videojet China is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of Pharma Sales Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing organization. The incumbent will be responsible, on the Pharmaceutical segment, for managing existing customer relationships ensuring that routine sales needs are provided, selling Videojet's products and solutions, and driving profitable growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of prospective customers by providing necessary technical support and promoting and selling solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Independent and responsible management of the sales area
New customer acquisition and customer care, telephone acquisition
Regular contacts with regular customers
Competent customer advice in questions of product identification
Regular contacts with old customers by telephone or by visiting the site
Creation and clear definition of offers
Prompt and accurate bid tracking
Negotiation of purchase contracts or framework agreements
Create qualified salesforecast messages
Participation in trade fairs, sales training and sales meetings
Ongoing competitions
Ongoing self-training on product renewals, etc.
Execution of device embezzlement and probes
Intensive collaboration and training with the IEU team
Support for marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Engineer or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the field of pharmaceutical investment goods
- Safe and good appearance
- Fluent in English
- Strong relationship management
- High commitment and willingness to travel
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Team spirit.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge Microsoft package, like Excel, Word, and Outlook
