Objective/职位总体目标：

Prepare proposal and budget estimation for environmental protection plants.

为环保项目准备方案和预算。

Job Responsibilities/岗位职责：

1. Review enquiry and tender documents;

检查询价和投标文件；

2. Prepare technical proposal package in dual language including Equipment List and Main Equipment Specifications (including datasheet, process data, outline drawings with the design conditions, material of construction, major dimensions, thickness and weight data, sub vendor list, etc.);

准备双语技术方案，包括设备清单和主要设备规范（包括数据表、过程数据、外形图，涉及到设计条件、建筑材料、主要尺寸、厚度和重量数据、下包商列表等）；

3. Prepare the process description for the RTO or TO system, generate the Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);

为蓄热氧化炉或者焚烧炉准备工艺说明，制作工艺流程图表和管道和仪器图表；

4. Be responsible for the inquiry for purchased equipment at suppliers in dual language (Chinese/English);

负责制作双语询盘文件用以采购设备；

5. Provide the cost estimate for standard plant modules and for the complete plant;

为标准设备模块和成套模块提供成本估算；

6. Support the proposal design engineers to prepare the general layout;

协助规划设计工程师准备总布局图；

7. Prepare process data and technical requirements for the project execution.

为项目执行准备工艺数据和技术要求。

Job Requirement/岗位需求：

1. Bachelor Degree, Chemical or Environment

本科，化学或环境专业

2. More than 3 years related working exprience

3年以上相关工作经验

3. Knowledge of environmantal protection or chemical; Be familiar with the Chinese technical and environmental standards; Be familiar with RTO or thermal oxidizer.

具备环保或化工知识；熟悉中国技术和环境标准；熟悉RTO或者其他类型焚烧炉。

4. Excellent Enlish skill in listening, oral, reading and written.
