职位描述
I. job summary:
Regional Key Account Management and Development
II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. The Manager Regional Key Account has to ensure that defined Key Accounts are well managed and related sales objectives are achieved.
2. It is Manager Regional Key Account’s responsibility to systematic search for growth potentials in defined and new (if any) Regional Key Accounts.
3. It is also Manager Regional Key Account’s responsibility to cooperate with other parties (internal and external) to make sure all stocks, open orders, deliveries for defined Key Accounts are well arranged and implemented.
4. Manager Regional Key Account has to identify, organize and report the necessary sales activities in defined Regional Key Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Manager Regional Key Account has to initiate and implement all commercial negotiations with defined Key Accounts to ensure company profitability.
6. On a monthly basis the following information have to be provided.
- Commentary on deviation of order in take and turnover
- Commentary on business development/current projects
- Competitor activities
- Forecast sales
7. Manager Regional Key Account should participate & support all relevant marketing events organized by the Marketing Department of the company, such as fairs, seminars, advertisement and other promotional activities.
8. Manager Regional Key Account has to ensure that the expense guidelines are followed and the agreed budgeted limits are not exceeded.
9. Manager Regional Key Account has to ensure his/her product, application and market knowledge always updated according to the latest product news provided by the company.
III. qualifications:
1. education background:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical design, Automation engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or other related majors.
2. working experience:
a) More than 8 years sales working experience, including at least 3 years of successful KA development and management experience
b) worked for multinational company is preferred
c) technical working background is desired
3. language and computer skills:
a) native Chinese mandarin, fluent in English both oral & written
b) familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, e.g. word, excel, power point and Lotus Notes
4. other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)
a) strong personnel leadership and organizational skill
b) integrity, mature, team working, good interpersonal communication and presenting skill
c) customer orientated, result driven, self motivated and high sense of responsibility
d) able to work under pressure
e) frequent business trips in responsible area is required
