岗位职责:

Job Description

1、协助上级建立完善的人才发展体系，并有效执行，确保公司人才发展体系健康良性运作；

1. Assist the superior to establish complete talent development system and execute the system effectively. To make sure the company’s talent system can work in a healthy and proper way.

2、根据公司战略目标，定期组织开展人才发展项目，包括但不限于储备人才、继任者、高潜人才等挖掘、评估及培养等；

2. Organize talent development programs regularly according to the company’s strategic target, including but not limited to reserve of talents, successor plan, high potential talent exploration, evaluation and training.

3、关键岗位能力素质模型搭建，根据能力模型评估管理层现有水平，找出差距，设计提升方案并组织实施；

3. Establish talent competence model of key positions. To evaluate the ability of present management level, find out the difference, put forward the measures to improve and implement.

4、与各部门沟通，挖掘培训需求、参与内训课程研发及授课；

4. Communicate with different departments to explore the training needs. Participate in course development and teaching.

任职资格:

Job Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上大型企业人才发展领域工作经验；

1. Bachelor degree or above. At least three years talent development related working experience in large enterprises.

2、良好的人力资源管理专业能力，对素质模型构建、高潜人才培养熟悉；

2. Good capacity of human resource management. Be familiar with the methods of talent competence model creation and high potential talents exploration.

3、有一定的培训经验，对培训和人才发展工作有热情；

3. Experience in training and have enthusiasm for training and talent development.

4、思维敏捷，优秀的分析、逻辑推理及概括能力，英语能力等；

4. Quick in mind and action. Excellent analytical and logical skills. Good English skills.

5、具备良好的沟通能力和协调推理能力，能独立运营培养项目；

5. Have good communication and coordination skills. Independent ability to project operation.

6、有较强的亲和力及团队合作精神，良好的人际关系处理能力、书面及语言表达能力。

6. Strong affinity, teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills. Good language expression and written skills.

7、工作态度积极、责任心强、结果导向、认真、细致
