Sales and Marketing of EGGER Decorative Products

• Operative Sales and regular visits to EGGER customers and distributors sales area South China; update customer information and input visit reports in CRM timely; identify requests and issues, work out action plan with solutions options and follow up;
• Monitor and coordinate offer preparation, order processing, claims and price management in cooperation with sales manager and sales support;
• Acquisition of new industry customers and business partners according to EGGER strategies and development plans;
• Manage and support of EGGER Distributors and customers in sales and marketing (project preparation, product and service trainings, representation of EGGER in promotion events, in exhibitions, or other partner marketing activities);
• Make annual sales planning and quarterly updates in EGGER Planning System based on distributor and market feedback and trend;
• Consolidate and share decorative product information and updates for monthly office meeting;
• Market research and collection of relevant market figures, update industry statistics and competitor status every quarter;
• Monitor and collect related distributors and customers’ communication in social media;
• Weekly reporting of sales and marketing development to superior as well as preparation for half year / year end meetings;
• Plan, prepare and participate customer visits to EGGER plants as well as exhibitions in Europe.

2nd Stage:

Sales for Flooring Product

Operative Sales and Customer service of EGGER Retailing Product (Flooring)

• Regular visits to EGGER flooring customers, distributors and 2-tier dealers in different EGGER sales areas in China; update customer information and input visit reports in CRM timely; identify requests and issues, work out action plan with solutions options and follow up;
• Support of EGGER Distributors and customers in sales and marketing execution (project preparation, product and service trainings, representation of EGGER in promotion events, in exhibitions, or other partner marketing activities etc.);
• Handle and support claims with sales manager and sales support;
• Monitor and collect related customers’ and market information from social media of responsible distributors and customers;
• Consolidate and share flooring market information and for monthly office meeting;
• Market research and collection of relevant market figures, update industry statistics and competitor status every quarter;
• Plan, prepare and participate customer visits to EGGER plants as well as exhibitions in Europe.
