职责描述：
Competition advantage build: Responsible for strategy development of product roadmaps and innovation by governance of risks and opportunities.
Policy and process setup: establish and improve the credit risk management system and standards, supervise the implementation.
Monitor business risk indicators : Continually identify and analyse areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity. Monitor market practices of competition and report findings with suggestions to management as deemed appropriate.
Credit risk analysis: Identifies potential threats to the financial stability of the company, including risky credit, risk mitigation, portfolio inefficiencies, corporate (fraud) investigations, and information security matters.

任职要求：
Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration, Operation Research, MIS/Computer Science, Math/Statistic, Science
MBA degree preferred
Excellent work experience required if other majors.
10+ years work experience in financial industry, 5+ years experience at management
At least 3 years work experience and capability managing key functional area in major credit function.
Advantage：
Similar work experience, especially work experience of similar job in financial industry, consumer finance companies.
