职责描述:

1. Calibrate FIE system, diesel engines and vehicles to meet emissions, drive-ability, and performance goals;

2. Perform developmental tests on engines and vehicles to gather data for analysis;

3. Execute the calibration problem solving and focus on calibration improvement continuously.

4. Write technical reports and presentations to communicate data, test results, and project status for internal and external purposes;

5. Support Calibration Review and maintain the Calibration Database

6. Some amount of traveling may be required – may require extended traveling during seasonal development test trips.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with courses on internal combustion engines; Master degree is preferred.

2. Has experience on common rail calibration, or similar experience.

3. 2~4 years test or research experience on automotive engines (gasoline or diesel) is highly preferred

4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to use computer based tools such as Excel, Matlab, etc. to solve engineering problems;

5. Ability to read, write and speak in English fluently.

6. Patient, willing to learn, able to grasp new concepts, flexible, team player, able to work under pressure especially in customer site.
