This is contract position

1. Build and maintain EMS development process and working instructions assure the seamless functional development execution.

2. Deliver a qualified and robust calibration on time.

3. Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the training material maintained.

4. Attend the RSM review from core software updated, draft AIR, verify the change after software release, maintain the document.

5. Technical engineering reports submit/audit and New Technology implemented.

6. Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing execution.

7. Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer’s expectations during EMS development process.

8. Execute the calibration problem solving and focus on calibration improvement continuously.

9. Development of new processes/technologies for EMS functional application.

10. Support Calibration Review and maintain the Calibration Database.

11. Support to complete the Change Request and implement Change Notice.

12. Manage and coordinate the EMS functional development timing & resource to support Management target and company business strategy.

任职要求：

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine, Master preferred.
