    工作职责：
- 与中国和北美的内部客户紧密合作，主要实现会计和财务领域的ebs系统需求；
- 解决内部Oracle EBS的功能配置问题，梳理复杂的工作流程；
- 与北美开发人员沟通，根据Oracle EBS财务模块的功能和限制为客户提出解决方案；
- 及时解决月末财务问题。

Responsibility:
- Work closely with internal customers in China and in North America to meet their business objectives, primarily within the areas of Accounting and Finance.
- Serve as the team’s sole Subject Matter Expert for Oracle EBS in China.
- Operate within our ‘On-Premise’ Oracle EBS environment to resolve functional issues and to fulfill requests, including those related to complex Workflow processes.
- Interface with North America-based Oracle resources (analysts/developers) to understand stakeholder needs and to propose solutions, in consideration of Oracle EBS capabilities and constraints.
- Provide timely resolution to financial month-end close issues.
