职位信息：

1、以企业核心价值为主导，协助同事完成集团公司品牌文化的视觉呈现；

2、协助创意团队搭建集团公司旗下几大品牌VI体系（优化升级）；

3、负责移动端产品、PC端的UI设计（含界面和图标）和整体视觉风格把控；

4、参与产品前期风格界面UI研究、行业设计流行趋势分析；

5、深度参与用户体验设计、流程的制定和规范；

6、 根据集团公司旗下产品的定义需求，提交具有创新思维的UI提案；

7、分享设计经验、推动和提高团队的设计能力；

8、协助平面设计岗位完成临时性工作任务。

职位要求

1、艺术设计、美术、绘画等专业，具有一定的美术功底；

2、三年以上设计经验，至少两年以上互联网UI设计经验，有成熟的独立作品；

3、能根据项目需求独立完成整套UI或者平面设计，有优秀的色彩搭配能力；

4、精通Photoshop、Flash、illustrator、CorelDraw、Dreamweaver等设计工具的使用；

5、深究细节，重视细小的体验，熟悉ios、android产品的设计理念和规范；

6、具备良好的沟通能力，理解力强，端正的合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情、较强的执行力、创造力和责任感；

7、网页或者APP设计经验强优先；
