岗位职责：
1. 服务管理
负责服务流程的有效管理，相关流程定义及改进。管理热线及桌面外包团队。
IT Service Management
Response to the service process effectiveness and the improvement of service processes. Manage call center and helpdesk outsourced team.
2. 重点用户服务
实施和协调重点用户的IT相关维护服务，提高用户满意度。
VIP Service
Implement and coordinate the PC maintenance for VIP user to improve the satisfaction of users.
3. 客户端设备及软件管理
管理用户端信息技术设备及软件资产，制定相关技术标准，维护资产及配置数据。
Client-end PC & Software Management
Manage the IT facilities and software asset of end users. Define the technical standard, and maintain asset and configuration information.
4. 帐号管理
管理所有应用系统的帐号，制定相关规则，进行帐号操作。
Account Management
Management of all system account, define rules, and operation of the account.
5. 用户培训
制定最终用户的培训策略和计划，组织相关资源进行培训， 提高用户的信息技术技能。
User Training
Be responsible for end user training strategy and plan, organize resource for the training, to improve user operation technology.
6. 员工绩效及能力发展
进行小组员工的绩效考核及能力发展。
Performance management and competence development
Manage team staff performance review and competence development.

岗位要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科学历；
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or related areas;
2、3年以上信息技术相关工作经验；
Above 3 years IT related experience;
3、熟悉信息技术相关知识，特别是网络相关技术；沟通能力、 团队协作能力。CCIE 优先。
Knowledge of IT related areas; especially on network technology. Communication skills; Team Working skills, CCIE prefer.
