负责T-Box的项目管理工作

Responsible for project management of electronic components in the cockpit, such as t-box or on-board entertainment system

Responsibilities

1.    负责汽车电子产品的客户沟通、协调内外部项目资源
2.    提供售前产品、技术方案、招投标支持
3.    把控需求范围，评估需求场景，执行推进和实施，售后问题跟踪解决
4.   负责项目计划制定、进度跟踪、成本预算及核算，确保项目各阶段里程碑按计划完成以及项目收入任务的完成
5.   负责项目需求的收集整理和确认，内外部技术资料的收集落实，协调各方进行方案审核，建立项目过程管理文档资料库；及时发现并跟踪和协调解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险
6.    严格把控项目节点，定期汇报项目进展

I. Responsible for customer communication of automotive electronic products and coordination of internal and external project resources

II. Provide pre-sales products, technical solutions and bidding support

III. Control the demand scope, evaluate the demand scenario, implement the promotion and implementation, and track the after-sales problems

IV. Responsible for project planning, progress tracking, cost budget and accounting to ensure the completion of milestones in all stages of the project as planned and the completion of project revenue tasks

V. responsible for collecting, sorting out and confirming project requirements, collecting and implementing internal and external technical data, coordinating all parties to carry out project audit, and establishing project process management document database; Timely find, track and coordinate solutions to project problems and effectively manage project risks

VI. Strictly control project nodes and report project progress regularly

Skills and Qualifications

1.  本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先
2. 熟悉项目管理流程、产品开发流程和质量控制流程，熟练掌握常用项目管理过程工具和模板规范
3. 具有较强的协调、沟通和管理能力，具有极强的责任心，肯担当，对结果负责
4. 具有较强的项目风险识别和管理能力，能独立的处理紧急的风险和变更
5. 具有至少4年以上汽车电子类项目管理经验
6. 熟悉硬件产品研发过程，掌握机械结构，电子电路，软件开发，包装设计，3C认证，硬件基本成本构成及核算等方面的基础知识
7. 了解车载ECU，MCU，MPU硬软件架构
8.  了解业内汽车电子产品的主流产品

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related field is preferred

2. Familiar with project management process, product development process and quality control process, and familiar with common project management process tools and template specifications

3. Strong coordination, communication and management skills, strong sense of responsibility, willing to take responsibility and responsible for the results

4. Strong project risk identification and management ability, able to handle urgent risks and changes independently

5. At least 4 years of automotive electronic project management experience

6. Familiar with the r&d process of hardware products, master basic knowledge of mechanical structure, electronic circuit, software development, packaging design, 3C certification, hardware basic cost composition and accounting, etc

7. Understand the hardware and software architecture of car ECU, MCU and MPU

8. Understand mainstream automotive electronic products in the industry
