【职位职责】

1、根据公司产品风格和定位，提出展示厅的整体策划方案；

2. 结合企业的营销策略和发展方向，确定展示厅的装修风格；

3. 负责收集装修相关素材，为图纸的绘制提供资料；

4. 能够完成图纸的绘制（效果图、施工图、节点图）；

5. 主动与负责人沟通装修方案，并及时进行修改和完善；

6. 掌握装修行情，收集信息，完成装修预算；

7. 负责现场施工、监督、验收；

8 . 为不同的加盟商提供店面装修方案；

9. 完成公司日常的平面设计工作；

10.熟练掌握AutoCad、3dsmax、Photoshop等绘图软件;

11.对店装展示的施工工艺、结构及材质有一定了解，会做预算；

12..良好的沟通能力，诚信敬业。

13.完成领导交代的其它工作。 任职要求：

【任职资格】

1. 室内外环境艺术设计、美术相关专业，本科以上毕业，有较强的审美能力；

2. 具备大型综合项目全过程（规划、方案、扩初、施工图、施工配合）设计经验；

3. 熟悉行业设计规范和相关设计标准，以及施工规范和相关政策法规；

4. 优秀的表达能力和沟通技巧，并具有一定团队领导能力；

5. 具有很强的技术指导、专业见解和审美能力；

6. 精通常用相关设计软件。
