职位描述
Position Summary: To maintain and improve websites functions of both internal and external platforms, keep content updated and support divisional usage on both internal and external websites. Support other e-marketing initiatives like webex, campaign and e-Newsletter on Eloqua, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the function of both internal and external websites to ensure the platforms run smoothly.
2. Work with vendor and IT team to fulfill website function improvement to meet business requirement.
3. Work with corporate marketing team to keep the content on both internal and external websites updated in time.
4. Cooperate with divisional web editors to support their usage on both internal and external websites.
5. Support to build up special webpage for events, applications and hot topics.
6. Support the usage of webex online meeting system
7. Support e-Newsletter and campaign of Eloqua
8. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education & Qualifications:
1. Major in computer science, informatics or relative, familiar with web page manipulation and html source code
2. Two years experience on website construction and management
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
4. Photoshop graphic design and Database knowledge preferred
5. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with efficiency
6. Strong communication skills and independent thinking capabilities
7. Self-motivated person, able to work independently and proactively as well as part of the team
8. Work with great patient and be able to focus on detail
