1.Responsible for the company's production of die failure maintenance treatment, to ensure the safe and normal operation of the mould, timely and correctly fill out all kinds of work record. ·        

  完成模具的维修维护保养工作，确保模具处于正常的使用状态 ·        

2.According to the daily maintenance list to maintenance of the mold, mold preventive maintenance task on a regular basis;On time for inspection, analysis, judgement and dealing with the abnormal situation in the process of production. · 根据设备日常维护记录表完成模具日常保养，填写保养记录并及时反馈模具状态 ·        

3. Continuous improvement of rationalization proposal and implementation of mould. ·        

  在工程师的指导下完成模具持续性改善工作 ·        

4. Assist and participate in new mould purchasing and acceptance. ·        

  协助和参与模具的采购与验收 ·        

5. Assist mold supervisor engineer to complete the die and improvement of the jig and other work assigned by the task. · 协助模具主管工程师完成其他改善任务 ·        

6.Other jobs assigned by leaders ·        

  完成上级指派的其他任务 ·        

7. Strictly follow safety requirements & rules in the work place. ·

任职资格：

1.Technical secondary school graduate or above, mechanical and electrical integration or related.

  

高中/中专/中技及以上，机电相关专业

2.More than two years experience in mold repair, and at the same time have a mechanical or electrical equipment maintenance experience and relevant work experience

两年以上模具维修经验，具备一定的机械/电气维修经验

3.Be familiar with Auto CAD, mechanical drawing and see.
Computer proficiency,

熟练使用CAD，能机械制图，能看懂图纸     

4.有焊接技能，必须有焊工证，熟练操作气体保护焊，氩弧焊等常用焊接设备
