Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement plans and programs by focusing on customer/supplier product issues, market forecasts, industry trends and technological advancements
• Engage and develop strong relationship with the focus supplier managements by effective communication and motivational techniques
• Facilitate on-going focus supplier reviews to ensure exceptional performance to the annual business plan
• Work with the focus suppliers and Marketing Communication team to develop collateral materials, advertising, newsletters and web-based offerings
• Work with Product Management and Sales team to implement new product launches and work with Industry Marketing Managers and FAEs to drive market segment
• netration and demand creation
• Serves as product expert liaison between the corporate product management group and executive management in order to provide on-going feedback and information on the major focus supplier opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineer/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years of related experiences, including experience with Sales & Marketing in distribution and manufacturers/suppliers for Connectors/Electromechanical/Sensors products
• Extensive knowledge of product marketing and techniques for the distribution industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibits strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for planning and managing division, staffs, budgets and projects

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
