招聘岗位条件

1、40岁以下（即1979年3月1日及以后出生），国民教育序列大学专科及以上。

2、工作责任心强，有强烈的上进心，极具耐心，富有同理心，善于倾听，能够从容地面对压力，巧妙地化解冲突。

3、政治思想品德好，业务素质好，身体健康，诚实可靠。

4、思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。

5、口齿清晰，普通话标准，具备普通话二级乙等或同等水平。

6、熟练掌握计算机WINDOWS等操作系统，熟悉办公软件OFFICE等常用软件。

7、有客户服务热线经验，表现突出者优先。
