1、协助公司进行招聘工作，包括更新职位说明书、调查招聘渠道、职位发布、初级岗位简历筛选、候选人沟通等；

2、建立、维护员工信息及员工劳动合同档案管理；

3、办理员工入离职手续；

4、统计并管理员工日常考勤情况；

5、办理员工居住证积分、人才引进居转户等；

6、协助领导筹办公司各项内外部活动；

7、协助公司系统管理商做好系统的日常维护工作，确保系统正常运行；

8、完成上级主管交代的其他任务；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历；

2、具备基本的英文书面沟通能力；

3、能熟练操作ps、excel、ppt等office工具；

4、积极进取，有较强的团队沟通能力、组织协调能力；
