职责描述:

    

? Process standardization: Drive line review process standardization across Merchandising, Replenishment and Modular by collaborating on strategy alignment, assortment review, walkthrough practice and ensure category strategy is well executed;

    

? Influence and Communication: as modular expert, provides insight and solution to merchant team or cross-function partner based on data analysis. Coach and train modular specialist and related cross-functional associated with modular knowledge. Lead cross-functional project in department level; boosting team morale and creating team-work environment


? Space Productivity Maximization by evaluating categories’ contribution and SKUs’ contribution, providing professional recommendation to Merchandising on space planning to balance sales contribution and space participation;

    


 

? Sales and Inventory Balance by providing professional data analysis and recommendation on Assortment Optimization to maximize sales contribution for each store to meet customer’s needs; providing professional planogram suggestion by using space planning tool to generate reasonable safety stock for Replenishment to maintain a reasonable inventory level for each item in each store.

    

? Category Modular Master Timeline Management with merchandising team based on category seasonal profile, market dynamics, store labor availability, etc to manage modular update frequency to meet business needs. Also balance stores’ workload by smoothing Modular roll out schedule.

    

? Provide critical judgment on category assortments, modular display principles, quality check of modular, error resolution, modular finalization, related information/solution delivered to merchants and stores and modular trait to provide best in-store experience to customers and ensure actionable and easy for stores to execute based on customer insight, merchandising strategy, market dynamics with rich modular development experience; collaborating with cross-functional teams (for example, Merchandising team, Replenishment, Category Advisors); identifying and resolving outstanding issues; and requesting modifications as necessary

    

? Manages store visits at WM and competitors of Modular team to identify areas for improvement on display; reviewing store visit summary report by modular specialist; ensuring opportunity identified in store execution is resolved and solution applying in new modular.

    

? Drives the continuous learning and improvement of Modular team by developing best practices, initiating meetings with key partners and training others on leveraging these practices to deliver improved business results; identifying opportunities to enhance analysis systems, reporting tools and processes; analyzing root causes for barrier, evaluating and providing the best solution to eliminate barriers; coach and improve modular specialist with best practices and making recommendations to division leader and cross-functional management team to ensure modular quality and process governance.

   

? Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting modular related projects and events.

    

? Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

? Bachelor above, major in statistics is preferred

? With knowledge of merchandising, category management or cross-function cooperation.

? Business insight and recommendation provider

? Good communication and coordinating skills. Good presentation skill; strong self-learning ability

? Quick Learner, proactive and self-motivated

? Multi-project management skill with sound capabilities in planning

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, skilled in Excel/SQL is highly preferred

? Excellent in oral and written English is a plus.
