1、负责根据部门划分的业务范围执行承接展的销售工作，完成部门下达的销售指标；

2、制订销售工作计划，并定期上报工作计划完成情况；

3、按要求定期完成客户数据库及项目跟进情况汇报表的更新；

4、积极拓展承接展业务：及时了解客户的需求、展览项目的内容及安排，做好客户信息的收集、整理和分析，做好客户接待和拜访工作。定期向部门经理反映引展工作要点、问题及解决建议；

5、落实展会项目：协助或独立完成承接展项目的销售谈判，拟订并签订场地租赁合同，并负责合同款项的收取；

6、与各相关组展机构建立并保持较好的联系，建立顺畅的展源信息渠道；

7、负责跟踪所引进展览的工作进程情况，积极配合组展机构协调内、外部相关关系，确保展览顺利进行；

8、敦促做好展览的接待和服务的组织、协调工作，事后征询客户意见，并将意见及时反馈给部门经理及有关部门；

9、建立健全客户档案，为本部门的市场分析及市场预测提供参考依据；

10、对于有直属员工的主管，负责协助直属员工对其工作进行计划、执行、检查并修正；

11、保持良好的从业形象；

12、执行上级领导临时交办的工作任务。

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，从事市场营销、销售方面相关工作5年以上的，有展览/展馆/酒店/广告等销售经验，大型国企、外企从业经验优先；

2、熟悉销售模式流程，对销售行业有一定的见解，并对对所属销售项目运作有一定了解；

3、具有一定的销售客户资源优先（展览、展馆、酒店、广告）；

4、较强的表达能力及沟通协调能力，具有较好的文字功底；

5、熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、WORD等OFFICE软件；

6、具有较强的服务意识强、有良好的团队协作精神；

7、熟悉营销模式以及销售相关流程；

8、能够适应出差安排；

9、形象气质佳。

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together. The 16 exhibition halls of Chongqing International Expo Center provide 200,000 sqm of column-free, ground-level indoor exhibition space.
