    Job description:
1.Take charge of FT support of cities (oversea) by project requirement. 根据项目需求支持各个城市（含海外）场测。
2.Implement FT according to project test plan. 按照项目测试计划执行场测
3.Maintains FT test case. 场测用例的维护。
4.Find root cause of FT blocking issues, and give software team suggestion to speed up bug fix. 对场测问题定位并找到根源，提出建议给软件团队并加速问题解决。
5.Directs and trains Junior FT engineers. 指导和培训初级场测工程师。

Requirements:
1. Adapt to a long time business trip. 能适应长时间出差
2. Excellent communication and human relation skills. 良好的沟通能力。
3. Good English skill both in oral and written is essential. 良好的英语听说能力。
4. At least 1 years’ work experience in software testing.(work experience in Field test is plus) 1年以上测试工作经验(场测经验工作者优先)
5. Technical expertise in GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE protocol is plus.具备GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE协议开发或测试技术背景者优先。
6. FT work experience for the operators is better.具备运营商场测经验者优先。
