职位描述
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Act as a HR Business Partner in providing solutions and advice to members of the management team and heads of business units.
-Lead a team of HR professionals in managing the full spectrum of human resources including manpower planning; recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; performance management and employee/industrial relations.
-Oversee office administration and internal communications to foster a highly motivated work environment.
-Understand the business challenges in China and work closely with the global and regional HR directors to formulate and implement policies and procedures on general human resources and integrating HRM into a strategic fit within China and the regional and global business environment.
-Communicate, co-operate and collaborate with respective business units, their functional managers and their staff to enhance individual and team effectiveness, as well as support the local HR team in the on-going improvement, development and implementation of HR strategy and processes (e.g. hiring, performance management, talent reviews, exit process etc).
-Work closely with the specialists in the Compensation & Benefits and Learning and Development teams in advising best practices and benchmarks and developing career development plans (e.g. training & development initiatives, job rotation concepts, HR KPIs, grading & salary reviews, employee engagement surveys etc).
-Ensure compliance to DOA of the company in China and to the social and legal responsibilities towards employees as well as the relevant authorities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA would be an added advantage.
-Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field with track record in handling HR generalist matters.
-Good people management and strong knowledge of the local Employment Act.
-Possess a positive, "can-do" attitude and adaptable approach to work.
-Demonstrate ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level.
-Ability to initiate and drive solutions is essential along with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach.
-Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with a strong drive to excel.
-Strong English communication and presentation skills.
