The scope of work:

Work in all phases of the project collaborating with internal resources and suppliers to develop and test vehicle and subsystems to meet objectives in one or more of the specific areas: Road Noise, Wind Noise, Components Noise, e-Powertrain Noise, Structure-borne Noise & Vibration, Airborne Noise and Squeak & Rattle.

Major responsibilities:

• Lead the development and testing activities of vehicles and subsystems focused in one or more of the specific NVH areas: Road Noise, Wind Noise, Components Noise, e-Powertrain Noise, Structure-borne Noise, Airborne Noise and Squeak & Rattle
• Be an active member of the NVH attribute team contributing with data analysis, targets, strategies and guidelines to deliver solutions and innovations in the focused NVH area
• Define subsystems and components requirements and lead the verification plan using numerical analysis and experimental data to meet vehicle NVH objectives in the focused area
• Lead the investigation and resolution of issues in the responsible NVH area as required
• Support System Engineering functional teams with the design, material selection and development of the components that impact the NVH area of responsibility

Minor responsibilities:

？ Support NVH test procedures and NVH requirements template development

Qualifications:

1. Basic Qualification

- Fundamental knowledge of related NVH theory and testing, such as modal analysis, transfer path analysis, rotating machinery, sound insulation and sound quality

- Good communication and collaboration skills

？ Education:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Physics or Acoustics (Master degree is preferred)

？ Work Experience:

- 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Road Noise, Wind Noise, Components Noise, e-Powertrain Noise, Structure-borne Noise & Vibration, Airborne Noise and Squeak & Rattle

？ Language skill:

- Fluent English (Oral & Written), Chinese is an advantage

？ Computer Skills:

- Basic use of MS Office

- NVH measurement and data analysis using LMS Test Lab or Head Artemis software
